Mad Hare ("Mad Hare," "we," "us," or "our") operates madhare.ai and provides AI consultancy and agent system design services. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

Contact information you provide. When you call or send a text message to our business phone number, or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and the contents of your message.

Communication records. We retain records of calls and text message conversations with you, including message content, timestamps, and call duration. Voice calls to our business number may be answered by an automated assistant and may be transcribed.

Website usage. We collect standard server log information when you visit madhare.ai, including IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.

We do not operate a contact form and do not purchase, rent, or otherwise obtain phone numbers from third parties or marketing lists.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about our services
• Schedule and confirm calls and meetings
• Follow up on conversations you initiated
• Maintain records of our correspondence
• Operate, secure, and improve our website and services

SMS and Text Messaging

How consent works. You consent to receive text messages from Mad Hare when you send a text message to our published business number, or when you call that number and are offered a text follow-up. We do not send text messages to any number that has not first contacted us. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on the conversation you initiate.

Costs. Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier, not by Mad Hare.

How to stop. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, OPTOUT, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or REVOKE to any message from our number. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe. For help, reply HELP or email andrew@madhare.dev.

No sharing of mobile data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

• With service providers who process communications on our behalf under contract, including our telephony provider (Twilio) and, where applicable, model providers used to operate our automated assistant. These providers may process message and call content solely to deliver the service and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
• When required by law, in response to a valid legal request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared for marketing purposes with any third party under any circumstance.

Data Retention

We retain communication records for as long as needed to maintain our client relationship and to meet legal and accounting obligations, typically no longer than seven years. You may request deletion of your records at any time by emailing andrew@madhare.dev, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.

Your Choices

You may:

• Opt out of text messages at any time (see above)
• Request a copy of the information we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of that information
• Ask us to stop contacting you entirely

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services are directed to businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
