Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Mad Hare website at madhare.ai and our phone and text messaging services. By calling or texting our business number, or by using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who We Are

Mad Hare is an AI consultancy that designs and delivers agent systems. Our business communications — voice and SMS — are operated using Twilio as our telephony provider.

2. SMS Messaging Program

Program name: Mad Hare

Description. Mad Hare operates a two-way conversational messaging program for clients and prospective clients. Messages consist of replies to inquiries you send us, appointment scheduling and confirmations, and follow-ups to calls you place to us. We do not send marketing or promotional messages, and we do not send bulk messages.

How you opt in. You consent to receive messages from Mad Hare when you send a text message to our published business number, or when you call that number and are offered a text follow-up. We do not message any number that has not first contacted us. We do not obtain phone numbers from purchased lists, rented lists, or any third-party source.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on the conversation you initiate.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. Mad Hare does not charge for text messages.

How to opt out. Reply STOP, OPTOUT, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or REVOKE to any message from our number at any time. You will receive a single confirmation message and will receive no further messages from that number. Reply START to resubscribe.

How to get help. Reply HELP or INFO to any message, or email andrew@madhare.dev.

Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported carriers. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability. Carriers are not responsible for message delivery and delivery is not guaranteed.

Privacy. Our handling of your information is described at https://madhare.ai/privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

3. Automated Assistance

Calls to our business number may be answered by an automated assistant, and text messages may receive automated replies. Automated responses are provided for convenience and do not constitute professional advice or a binding commitment by Mad Hare. You can reach a person at any time by asking, or by emailing andrew@madhare.dev.

Calls and messages may be recorded or transcribed for quality and record-keeping. If you do not wish to be recorded, tell us and we will stop.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Send content that is harassing, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or obscene
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with their operation
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with one
• Use the service to send unsolicited commercial messages to us or through us
• Attempt to extract, reverse engineer, or replicate our systems or prompts

We may suspend or terminate access to our communication services at our discretion if these terms are violated.

5. No Professional Relationship

Information provided through this website, by phone, or by text is general in nature and does not create a consulting, advisory, or contractual relationship. Engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, or regulatory advice.

6. Intellectual Property

The content of madhare.ai, including text, design, and software, is owned by Mad Hare and protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without permission.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The website and communication services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Mad Hare does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mad Hare is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the website or our communication services, including undelivered or delayed messages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mad Hare is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
